  Went to pick up a package at 4pm and no one was there, another car came and i thought it was just another person waiting for a package. Waited around for 15mins and then drove away, as I left the woman in the car got out and unlocked the office. Couldn't believe she would sit in her car that long just to avoid serving me. Went back today around the same time and the warehouse and office were left wide open with absolutely no one around. Anyone could have come and stolen truckloads of packages or people's information. A helpful Tamed truck driver eventually came but I would have been walking around the premesis for 20 mins with access to packages. Ridiculous.

  I wish that the people who are the owners of this company would put better lighting, it was brighter outside than in, in the where house. They are not very organised. It took only 40 minutes to find my package this time. The ladies that work there are doing so under horrendous conditions and they still keep their humour. They have 4 bins starting with Sept 2020 to Dec 2029 of packages that they can't get out to people. If you think your package may be in one of those bins go check it out. I really feel for the employees.
